Taking a Web App Cross-Platform to Android

Visit Live Site ↗

The Challenge

Reazy's web app was growing, but users kept asking for a mobile app. People wanted to listen to content on the go — during commutes, at the gym, or while doing chores. A responsive website wasn't enough; they wanted a real app on their phone.

What I Built

I built and shipped a native Android app that gives mobile users the same core Reazy experience — paste text, choose a voice, and listen. The app syncs with existing accounts so web users could pick up right where they left off.

  • Cross-platform account sync with the web app
  • Mobile-optimized playback controls
  • Offline audio download support
  • Published on Google Play Store

The Result

The Android app expanded Reazy's reach to mobile-first users who wouldn't have used the web app. It's live on the Google Play Store and contributes to the product's overall user growth.
